WHO IS OJASS
The Oscotech Journal of Arts and Social Sciences (OJASS) is an official publication of the Faculty of Management Sciences, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke. OJASS is an open access journal published semi-annually in English. It provides a platform through which researchers and scholars publish their articles in the fields of business, management, humanities, social sciences, humanities and arts. We accept contributions for evaluation based on the understanding that such works are original and not being considered for publication elsewhere. We also welcome entries from other disciplines
Entries are subjected to double blinded peer review which takes not more than four (4) weeks. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the online and book versions of the following edition. Prospective authors are to send their manuscript(s) to namscon2015@gmail.com
SCOPE
OJASS publishes both theoretical and applied issues from the following areas: Business, Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Banking, Operations Management, Production Management, Marketing, Economics, Environmental management, Project Management, Technology Management, Languages, Linguistics, Politics, International Relations, Conflict Management, Education, Public Relations, Communication Arts and Science, Mass Communication, History, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Insurance and other allied fields of study. We also encourage interdisciplinary types of articles in OJASS.
